At FarLook, we look at the medium-to-longer term affects of decisions and actions
to change. This includes the investment, benefits, the impact on customers and employees,
and the business risks.
Although some clients’ immediate situation can be critical (e.g. perhaps on the verge
of failure), while others have pressing short term needs - (e.g. sustaining a positive
cash flow), we encourage and help our clients to look beyond their immediate situation.
Clients that are excelling seldom need encouragement or guidance in this regard.
