14.  What are the program’s steps or phases?

Each relationship with a client is different.

However, generally speaking, there are four phases:

  1. Identification   To understand the company’s needs, goals, plans, objectives, challenges or problems.
  2. Recommendation   To evaluate, analyze and size the potential opportunities for improvement; to present the findings; to recommend a strategic solution; and to reach agreement on the timing, program scope, the initial building blocks, the communication strategy and the investment.
  3. Project    To work with the management team to design, develop, measure, agree and implement business solutions that facilitate employee learning and development, and change.
  4. Optimization   Fine-tuning the results from the Program.
