14. What are the program’s steps or phases?
Each relationship with a client is different.
However, generally speaking, there are four phases:
- Identification To understand the company’s needs, goals, plans, objectives, challenges
- Recommendation To evaluate, analyze and size the potential opportunities for improvement
- the results; to present the findings; to recommend a strategic solution; and to
reach agreement on the timing, program scope, the initial building blocks, the communication
strategy and the investment.
- Project To work with the management team to design, develop, measure, agree and
implement business solutions that facilitate employee learning and development and
change to realize and sustain the benefits.
- Optimization Fine-tuning the results from the Program.
